Renowned media industry leader Jay Pandya, celebrated for his impactful contributions to cinematic storytelling, has embarked on a new journey as a producer by launching his production company, Blank Slate Films. This exciting venture kicks off with the highly anticipated Malayalam anthology, Manorathangal.
Manorathangal is a bold anthology based on nine compelling short stories by the legendary M. T. Vasudevan Nair. Presented by Saregama (Yoodlee Films) and endorsed by Kamal Haasan, this project features a stellar ensemble cast including Mohanlal, Mammootty, Fahad Fazil, Biju Menon, and many more. The film is now streaming on ZEE5.
Jay Pandya, with over two decades of experience in the media industry, has made a seamless transition from a distinguished media executive to a visionary producer. Commenting on his new role, Pandya expressed, “As a producer and storyteller, my aim is to go beyond traditional content creation. Before founding Blank Slate Films, Jay Pandya held prominent positions such as the Head of Content Acquisition & Original Films at ZEE5 and CEO of Legend Studios, where he was instrumental in developing major projects like ATAL and Veer Savarkar. His diverse portfolio also includes the production of three acclaimed music videos available on leading platforms.
