Twin Strings, in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board, present ‘Rhythms of Singapore’, a four-part musical series shaped by four distinct perspectives, where each band member builds a track around their own passion point, from photography and movement to art and nightlife. Set against the backdrop of Singapore, the series brings these individual lenses together through a mix of music, visuals and moments drawn from across the city.
Titled Rhythms of Singapore, the series unfolds across four parts and four original tracks, each tapping into a different mood of the city. The visuals cut across a mix of locations – from the colour and texture of Haji Lane and Little India to the waterfront buzz and nightlife of Clarke Quay, alongside iconic landmarks like Helix Bridge and Gardens by the Bay. Each setting brings its own pace and pulse to the track it features in, moving seamlessly between street-level moments, cultural pockets and after-dark scenes.
At its core, the project is a journey, one that moves through the excitement of new beginnings, the joy of discovery, the stillness of self-reflection, and the energy of unforgettable nights.

The first track, Into The Sky, sets the tone for the journey, capturing the thrill of stepping into the unknown with a sense of freedom and possibility. It reflects the spontaneity of travel, where the best adventures begin by letting go and embracing the moment.
Following this, Through The Lens celebrates the beauty of unplanned experiences -where every street, every light, and every fleeting moment becomes a memory worth capturing. It reflects the joy of exploring a city through fresh eyes.
The third track, Afterglow (Found My Light), introduces a shift in pace bringing in a sense of calm and introspection. Inspired by art and stillness, the song captures the moment when everything begins to make sense, and the journey turns inward.
Closing the series is What I Take Home, a vibrant celebration of Singapore’s nightlife. From neon-lit streets to music-filled nights and shared laughter, the song encapsulates the spirit of the city, where memories are made and moments linger long after the journey ends.
Speaking about the project, Twin Strings share, “Rhythms of Singapore is not just about music, it’s about experiencing a city through emotions, visuals, and sound. Each song is a moment we lived, and this series is our way of sharing that journey with everyone.”
Markus Tan, Regional Director, Singapore Tourism Board, India, Middle East, South Asia, and Africa (IMESA), on the series said, “Through Rhythms of Singapore, our collaboration with Twin Strings is about connecting with young Indian travellers in a way that feels authentic to how they experience the world today, through moments, emotions, and stories. What makes Singapore unique is its incredible concentration of experiences. Within minutes, you can move from heritage neighbourhoods and street culture to world-class dining and vibrant nightlife – and that seamless contrast is something that truly resonates with Indian Gen Z and millennial travellers who are constantly seeking variety and spontaneity. We hope this series inspires young Indian travellers to explore Singapore in their own way, to follow their curiosity, embrace the moment, and discover just how much the city has to offer in every corner.” With Rhythms of Singapore, Twin Strings invite listeners to not just hear the music, but to feel the journey: one moment, one song, and one city at a time.
