Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore is also going to enter the fray to speed up the startups of Indore. IIT will run the incubation center of the Indore Development Authority (IDA). With this, it is hoped that now the city’s incubation center will gain momentum under the guidance of the country’s top institution.
IIT Indore is already running its own Incubation Center and more than 20 startups are working in it. After getting experience from the institute, the startup also got funding worth crores of rupees. However, the number of startup operators in the city could not reach as much as they wanted to get a place in the IIT Indore’s Incubation Center, so now with the opening of another Incubation Center in the city and the cooperation of IITs, the youth will get tremendous heights.
IIT Indore Is Giving Impetus To Startups
IIT Indore has already started a unique effort to speed up the city’s startups. Under this Startup Boot was organized recently and in this startups were invited to the IIT campus and given a meeting with the facilities and professors there. This effort was made under the vision of the IIT CPS Foundation.
Focus On Fulfilling The Dreams Of Youth
Foundation CEO Aditya Vyas says that we are working on many projects of the Government of India. Its entire focus is on fulfilling the dreams of the youth. We are also being successful in this. Many startups working in our incubation center have also got funding. Now efforts are being made to remove the problems of startups in Indore.
20 Lakh Startups Now Reach Crores
Indore is among the top ten cities in the country in terms of number of startups. This includes cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. Due to the rapid growth of the city in just a few years, some major things are coming to the fore. Indore’s ecosystem is best for startups. Invest Indore Secretary Sawan Laddha says the speed of Indore can be gauged from the fact that startups in the city have received funding of more than Rs 2,000 crore in two years. Many startups which were valued at Rs 10 to 20 lakh have now reached Rs 5 crore.
27 Storey Park Will Be Built
Central India’s biggest Startup Park will be set up on the Super Corridor. In this, along with hundreds of startups, IT companies will also be able to take place. Thousands of youths will be able to work in this simultaneously. It is expected that after it is ready, many startups from cities like Bangalore and Delhi will shift to Indore. Startup Park will have Incubation Center, Five Star Hotel, Showroom, Branded Retail Outlet, Bank, ATM, Entertainment Zone, Restaurant, Cafeteria, and many more facilities.
Ecosystem Getting Ready
