Arindam Biswas isn’t just an AI Filmmaker and Creator. With over a decade of experience in filmmaking in Advertising and Music Videos, he ventured into the AI realm, bringing his creativity and technical skills together to produce a visually stunning and innovative AI music video. Yet, when the video was released, his name was nowhere to be found in the credits, despite his role as the main visionary and creator behind the video creation of the project.
Notice sent by Advocate Sneha Singh, representing Mr. Arindam Biswas, states that this unethical conduct and the intentional withholding of credits by Fat Monk Productions and Swastik Productions reflect a pattern of exploitation designed to strip creators of due recognition while falsely presenting ownership of the work.
Further, Advocate Sneha Singh, stated that there was no agreement between my client and the production house wherein my client gave away his rights of credit hence this is completely unethical & illegal. Giving credit isn’t just a courtesy; it’s a right for every creator who shares their talent and vision.
